A leading European Health-Tech scale-up building a digital ecosystem for medical cannabis — connecting patients, doctors, pharmacies, and partners. The platform serves tens of thousands of users monthly across telemedicine, e-prescriptions, digital payments, and data-driven research.

Practical experience in Product Management or Business Analysis in agile product development. Proven ability to build frontends and internal tools using AI-assisted coding (React, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind). Proficient with modern AI tools (Cursor, Claude Code, ChatGPT, v0, Lovable). Strong understanding of software architecture. Results-oriented mindset. 3 days/week onsite in Frankfurt required. Fluent German and English.

End-to-end ownership of telemedicine and pharmacy platforms. Build prototypes, internal tools and frontends (React/Next.js, Tailwind). Use AI-assisted coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, v0) to validate product decisions and automate workflows. Translate user needs into working product increments. Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Operations and Medical teams.
