With over 200 products and a presence across Amazon and our growing D2C channel, they are redefining how natural health is experienced in Europe. Their team in Berlin is passionate, fast-paced, and driven by purpose.
- 5+ years of design experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong portfolio across both branding and performance-driven assets (e.g., paid ads, D2C content, packaging)
- Experience in supplements, beauty, or FMCG is a strong plus
- Fluent in tools like Adobe CC, Figma, and project management platforms (e.g. Asana, Notion)
- Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach: you’re as comfortable managing workflows as jumping into Illustrator
- Resourceful and digitally first with an entrepreneurial mindset: not afraid of trying new things, embracing AI and look for flexible/out of the box solutions
- Strong understanding of eCommerce, especially Amazon and D2C environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English; German is a strong plus
They are looking for a Creative Team Lead to elevate their brand expression and scale our creative output across all touchpoints — from product packaging and campaign visuals to digital content and storytelling. This role is a bridge between brand strategy and execution, ensuring that everything they create is visually compelling, consistent, and commercially effective.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a growing team of designers and creatives (currently 5), fostering a high-performance and collaborative environment
- Translate brand strategy into visual execution across packaging, performance marketing, web, Amazon and social media
- Create systems and guidelines for scalable design processes, asset libraries, and brand governance
- Set creative direction for new product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand storytelling initiatives
- Collaborate closely with Brand Strategy, Product Development, Performance Marketing, and D2C teams to align visual output with business goals
- Hands-on contribution to high-priority creative projects where needed
- Produce, Review and approve all key visual assets, ensuring they are on-brand, high-quality, and aligned with business goals
- Manage relationships with freelance creatives and agencies, when required
- Contribute to cross-functional projects, including for example packaging innovation and UX design for our D2C platform
