Non-negotiables
High standards, no ego — you raise the bar and bring people with you.
Kind, direct feedback — you challenge thinking constructively.
Decisive leadership — you make decisions and don't hide behind consensus.
Outcome focus — you connect craft to measurable impact.
Systems over one-offs — you think long-term and build things that scale.
Human intensity — you lead by example while keeping teams healthy and motivated.
You lead design, and you build the conditions for great work. You'll lead a team of 10+ designers across brand and product design, reporting to the CXO. This is a hybrid of creative authority, systems thinking, and commercial ownership, not a pure creative director role, not a pure operations role.

3. AI-driven workflow innovation

4. Team and culture leadership
- Lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary design team.

5. Operating model
- Establish review rituals, critique formats, and decision principles.

- Create internal assets that compound: standards, templates, repeatable approaches.
Entrepreneurial commercial ownership
The agency is building toward a model where Experience and Design operate as a unified sub-unit with its own identity, business goals, and P&L responsibility. This role leads Design today, and is expected to co-build that path forward. If the collaboration proves strong, virtual shares and direct unit profit participation are on the table.

IMPORTANT: We´re looking for someone with a Brand/UI Design background or focus, not a UX (Strategy) Director, so someone with focus on outsranding craft outcome, with of course good sense of usability :)
