Your role in this mission: We're seeking an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer with strong design thinking and a passion for converting complex challenges into intuitive experiences. In this role, you will shape the future of our platform and elevate the design standards as we position ourselves as a global authority in cross-border mobility technology. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will play a pivotal role in defining user-centered solutions and ensuring consistency across the entire product experience.

• 5+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong track record of delivering intuitive, high-impact digital products.
• Prior experience designing SaaS platforms, ideally within B2B and for enterprise customers.
• Hands-on proficiency in Figma, including auto-layout, components, design tokens, and prototyping.
• A portfolio that demonstrates user-centered, interactive design across modern web and responsive applications.
• Knowledge of CSS frameworks and experience collaborating with front-end development teams.
• Experience in creating, evolving, and managing design systems.
• Customer-centric approach with the ability to transform feedback and insights into user experiences that drive measurable growth.
• Strong empathy for users, and a clear understanding of product usability and psychology.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive for innovation and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in German is a plus.

• Validate concepts through rapid prototyping and usability testing, ensuring ideas translate into meaningful experiences.
• Shape product requirements and user insights into actionable, thoughtful designs that balance usability, scalability, and impact.
• Leverage AI technologies to accelerate ideation, enhance user research, and bring personalization into the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders in an agile environment to bring features from concept to launch.
• Own and maintain a scalable design system across all touchpoints, ensuring visual and interaction consistency.
  
• Drive innovation and experimentation by staying ahead of the latest trends in UX, accessibility, and design tooling.
