Used by tens of thousands of professionals at companies like Stripe, Figma, and OpenAI, Superhuman is now expanding into AI agents, a fast-moving product area at the intersection of AI behaviour, productivity, and user trust.

• Senior Product Designer level or above (Staff-level welcome)
• Background in desktop SaaS productivity tools (e.g. Miro, Todoist, Pitch, Personio)
• High craft bar, polished execution at consumer level; comfortable working within an existing design system
• Experience designing for complex, business-facing products, ideally desktop
• Experience using AI prototyping tools (e.g. Claude, Figma Make)
• Familiarity with AI-driven product surfaces is a strong plus
• Ideally an experienced freelancer who can drop in and be effective from day one
• Available to start early August 2026 or earlier; confirmed availability for the full 3-month period required
• Berlin-based preferred (2–3 days/week onsite); exceptional remote candidates considered

• Plug into multiple teams and projects, covering capacity gaps across an active product launch period
• Contribute to product thinking, interaction design, and high-quality execution across AI agent surfaces
• Work across different teams and contexts, ability to move quickly and adapt is essential
• Collaborate closely with the Superhuman design team on complex, fast-moving product areas
