A fast-growing scale-up in the vacation rental industry, backed by $30M in funding. Its platform empowers property owners and managers worldwide to manage and grow their businesses through technology. The team spans 380+ people across 60+ nationalities.

This is a player-coach position combining senior hands-on product design with formal leadership of a lean team of five product designers (60–70% hands-on design and execution, 30–40% people leadership, coaching, mentoring, and team development). You'll help the company move from a fragmented collection of product experiences toward one coherent, customer-centered product — including contributing to an AI-native redesign of the core product experience from day one. You'll report to the Chief Product and Design Officer and work closely with product, engineering, and Customer Insights leadership.

• 10+ years of product design experience, including end-to-end ownership of complex digital products
• Strong hands-on craft across discovery, interaction design, prototyping, testing, delivery
• Systems-level thinking across multiple journeys or product areas
• Track record of mentoring/coaching designers
• Executive-level storytelling and communication skills
• Comfort with ambiguity, async work, and distributed teams
• B2B SaaS, marketplace, or complex platform experience preferred
• Formal line-management experience beneficial but not essential
