Team: "real estate" unit

You would manage 2x tribes:

- "content & discovery" (3x Designer): how customer find the best property -> improving there listing page, new mapping experience,

- "account & tooling" (3x Designers): 1x owning mobile app, 1x owning seller page, 1x “my account” more of a dashboard (transforming it from passive to more active usage with actions items, tasks)  

Requirements:

- good design taste & judgement

- performance cycles / revising work / creating dynamics / defining retros ritual / 1:1

- collective feedback from peers

- strong focus on AI tooling in design workflow (using already Gemini, Claude, Lovable, Cursor, Notebook LM for research)

- collaboration with another Product Designer Manager who is taking care of the "monetization" tribe (6-7 PDs)

- reporting to the Head of Product Design

- managing 7 product designers (mid & senior)

- will raise the quality of design deliverables, strengthen design reviews and standards

- partner closely with Product and Engineering to improve delivery and product outcomes
