A leading European Health-Tech scale-up building a digital ecosystem for medical cannabis — connecting patients, doctors, pharmacies, and partners. The platform serves tens of thousands of users monthly across telemedicine, e-prescriptions, digital payments, and data-driven research.

Relevant hands-on experience as a Product Owner and/or Business Analyst in agile product/software development. Experience developing requirements and concepts for IT systems. Background working with developers and agencies. Strong ability to quickly grasp technically complex topics. 3 days/week onsite in Frankfurt required. Fluent German and English.

Key role in the technical and product evolution of telemedicine and pharmacy platforms. Prioritise and manage backlogs while keeping the overall product vision in focus. Drive user-centric product development. Gather requirements from diverse user groups and stakeholders, translating them into solution-oriented user stories. Foster collaboration within a cross-functional agile team.
