Deep understanding of distributed asynchronous systems. Self-sufficient with modern engineering practices (testing, localisation, CI pipelines, tooling). Comfortable across frontend, backend, DevOps and native app challenges. Critical thinker who designs solutions around the business domain. Exceptional communicator — fluent English required, German a strong plus. 2 days/week onsite in Frankfurt required.

Build patient, doctor and care-team platforms with simple, intuitive, high-quality interfaces. Work across frontend, backend, DevOps and mobile problems as needed. Own solutions end-to-end with freedom to make technical decisions. Collaborate directly with data analytics and other departments. Tech stack: TypeScript, ReactJS, Node.js, PHP, AWS, Flutter — this role is primarily React and Node.js focused.
