Their modular, API-first platform helps businesses streamline spending, improve cash flow, and integrate payments into their financial workflows. Designed for industries with complex payment needs, the platform enables greater efficiency, control, and profitability.

They serve two primary customer segments:

  • Companies looking to optimize operational processes through intuitive apps and APIs, gaining control, automation, and financial flexibility through extended credit lines.
  • Businesses such as financial software platforms, ERP providers, and banks that want to launch or enhance their credit card offerings using embedded finance and white-label solutions.

Founded in 2020 and headquartered in Berlin, they support over 4,000 businesses and more than 20 partners globally. As a licensed e-money institution (EMI), they issue Visa-powered credit cards in multiple currencies across more than 30 countries, helping companies streamline and simplify payments.

REQUIREMENTS
  • 5+ years of experience in brand design, visual communication, or digital design (agency or in-house), ~1 year in a senior role.
  • A strong focus on UI/UX for marketing websites—you live and breathe great web design and know how to work closely cross functionally with content designers and developers
  • Proficiency in Figma and a love for design systems, Adobe Creative Suite familiarity is a plus.
  • Strong visual craft across typography, layout, and digital storytelling.
  • A proactive, highly organized way of working—you thrive with autonomy but love collaborating in a small team.
  • Openness to giving and receiving feedback; you're eager to grow and help others grow too.
  • Not afraid to make design decisions and clearly explain your rationale.
  • Motion design skills (After Effects, Lottie, etc.) are a plus, but not required.
  • Experience in fintech or B2B is nice-to-have, but curiosity and adaptability matter more.
  • Alignment with company values around ownership, openness, collaboration, and excellence
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Take the lead on marketing website design: evolve the UI/UX, build scalable design systems, and ensure a seamless, consistent experience.
  • Work hands-on in Figma, crafting pixel-perfect components and collaborating with content managers and developers for smooth implementation.
  • Own multi-channel brand design — across digital and physical touchpoints (ad creative, ebooks, white-papers, social content, pitch decks, event booths…) and work cross-functionally in collaboration with marketing, content, and design teams.
  • Maintain and refine brand guidelines to achieve a high-quality, compelling, and strategic output across all brand touchpoints.
  • Be an active contributor in improving collaboration and processes across teams, championing efficiency and creativity.
  • Proactively own projects from concept to delivery, ensuring creative excellence while fostering collaboration and integrating feedback along the way.
  • Embrace variety in your work: you're excited to take on projects outside your main scope and add value across design areas.
