Clients range from large international companies across FMCG, fashion, and financial services to ambitious product companies shaping their categories.

The role
- As a Client Partner, you’ll own a set of key client relationships end-to-end.
- You’ll be the senior person clients trust to navigate ambiguity, align stakeholders, and turn opportunities into clear scopes and shipped outcomes.
- You sit at the intersection of strategic guidance, commercial ownership, and delivery leadership.
- In short: you build trust, create momentum, and make sure the agency delivers work that creates measurable impact — not just deliverables.

- Several years of experience in client leadership roles (consulting, digital agency, product studio, or similar).
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills: you can align a room and drive decisions.
- Commercial confidence: you understand pricing logic, negotiations, and what makes an engagement healthy.
- Delivery literacy: you understand how design and engineering work well enough to avoid "fantasy scopes."
- AI literacy: you understand where AI creates value (and where it doesn't), use it in your own workflows to speed up processes without creatinggeneric slop, and can guide clients through the hype.
- Clear communication: calm, crisp, direct — and human.
- A high bar for quality: you protect craft and outcomes, even when it's uncomfortable.

- Clients pull you into strategic conversations early — not only when there’s a fire.
- Long-term retention and expansion: multi-quarter partnerships that grow in scope and impact.
- Clean delivery: fewer loops, faster decisions, fewer escalations.
- Healthy engagements: clear scopes, strong collaboration, sustainable margins.
- Advocacy: referrals, warm intros, and clients who genuinely enjoy working with the agency.
- Own the relationship (and the room)
- Be the primary senior contact for your accounts and the go-to escalation point.
- Build and manage stakeholder landscapes (who matters, what they care about, what blocks decisions).
- Set the tone: confident, pragmatic, collaborative. Push back when it protects outcomes.
- Grow accounts in a human way
- Spot opportunities early: upcoming initiatives, organizational shifts, under-served needs.

- Protect delivery health: healthy scopes, realistic timelines, fair pricing, clear expectations.
- Guide clients strategically (no status-report energy)
- Frame problems, structure decisions, and facilitate alignment workshops.
- Help define success metrics (North Star, KPIs, learning goals) and keep teams honest to them.
- Translate complexity into clear next steps and crisp trade-offs.
- Enable delivery excellence
- Partner with project/program leads to ensure the right team setup, cadence, and guardrails.
- Remove blockers, manage expectations, and keep outcomes front and center.
- Make sure the work feels like the agency´s one: crafted, thoughtful, and built to last.
- Represent the studio in every interaction
- Be a role model for our tone: Think sharp. Speak human.
- Build long-term partnerships rooted in trust, clarity, and shared ambition
