• A strong portfolio demonstrating original copywriting and tone-of-voice work built from the ground up into brand guidelines
• Proven experience presenting ideas persuasively to clients and internal stakeholders
• Comfortable working autonomously while mentoring and supporting others
• Familiarity with common collaborative whiteboarding, presentation and workspace tools
• Fluent English

• Lead the creation of copy and brand tone of voice across a range of client brands, to a consistently high standard
• Take ownership as lead copy author on projects, shaping ideas and direction alongside the wider team and clients
• Present with confidence and clarity to both internal teams and clients
• Deliver polished, error-free work and help structure and narrate compelling client presentations
• Operate with minimal oversight, giving constructive feedback and supporting colleagues' development
• Champion tone of voice, facilitating discussion and analysis with clients and collaborators
• Take ownership of your own growth, acting on manager feedback to keep progressing
• Manage your own time and calendar with a strong sense of what strategic work requires
