A fast-growing European health-tech company operating in the medical cannabis space, connecting patients, doctors and pharmacies through a digital treatment platform. Its mobile and web products serve a large and growing user base spanning telemedicine, e-prescriptions and related digital health services.

• Strong hands-on track record shipping and maintaining production Flutter apps, with solid Dart skills and a good grasp of modern app architecture: state management, dependency injection, modularization, testing, performance.
• Comfortable operating beyond the UI layer: networking, offline support, security, authentication and platform-specific integrations.
• Automated testing, CI/CD, monitoring, release automation and code review are simply part of how you build software.
• Uses AI coding tools and agents daily as part of a modern engineering workflow.
• Pragmatic, ownership-driven approach to technical decisions; comfortable dipping into backend or native code when needed.
• Experience wiring up REST APIs, push notifications, analytics, feature flags, crash reporting and other third-party SDKs.
• Fluent German and English.
• Based in or willing to work primarily from the Frankfurt office a few days a week, remote the rest.

• Own and evolve a cross-platform app (iOS, Android, Web) used by a large and growing user base.
• Design and build new features end-to-end — UI, state management, dependency injection, modularization.
• Maintain the app's networking layer, offline capabilities, authentication and native platform integrations.
• Keep automated testing, CI/CD, release automation and monitoring healthy as part of everyday work.
• Integrate REST APIs, push notifications, analytics, feature flags, crash reporting and third-party SDKs.
• Use AI coding assistants as a core part of the toolkit to move faster and raise the quality bar.
• Help shape the team's Flutter architecture, coding standards and engineering culture.
• Partner closely with product, design and QA to validate ideas with real users.
• Get hands-on with backend services or native code whenever a problem calls for it.
