• Experienced motion designer with a strong agency background
• Deep expertise in motion graphics, character animation, broadcast systems and art direction
• Ability to compose complete brand identity systems in motion — and lead others to the same result
• Proficient in After Effects, Final Cut, and 3D tools
• Strong presentation skills — can construct and present client-facing work eloquently
• Ability to translate strategic and immersion phases into design execution
• Deep knowledge of branding and the wider creative landscape
• Excellent time and self-management skills
• Fluent English; German a strong plus
• Willingness to work in-person in Berlin and travel globally

• Generate excellent ideas and articulate them expertly — visually and verbally — and run creative sessions to raise the quality of thought in your team
• Spend significant time designing: motion graphics, character animation, broadcast systems, and art direction
• Compose complete world-class brand identities in motion, and lead others to the same result
• Collaborate closely with the team — learn from senior members and actively support junior staff
• Construct and present client presentations eloquently
• Translate immersion and strategic phases into design execution
• Take ownership of your role, action feedback, and progress within it
• Manage your own time, calendar and meetings with strong awareness of deadlines
• Be an active in-person presence in the Berlin studio, with openness to global travel
