We are partnering with a fast growing B2B SaaS company building software for the construction industry. The business is product led, revenue backed, and moving quickly into an AI first future with meaningful real world impact.

This is a hands on Senior Product Designer role for a confidential client in construction tech. You will own product design work across complex desktop workflows, from problem framing and prototyping to polished UI and handoff. The role also includes significant work on evolving the design system so it is structured, scalable, and ready for AI supported product development. You will work closely with product, engineering, and the existing designer in a pragmatic, fast shipping environment.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of Product Design experience in a strong B2B SaaS environment or high growth SaaS startup
• Strong portfolio showing complex desktop web applications designed end to end
• Excellent product thinking with a pragmatic 80 20 mindset
• Expert Figma skills, including component libraries and design systems
• Able to work independently and communicate trade offs clearly
• Strong attention to detail and ability to think through edge cases
• Comfortable working closely with engineers and giving clear implementation guidance
• Native German speaker with fluent English

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI supported coding tools such as Cursor or Claude Code
• Basic HTML and CSS knowledge
• Strong UX writing skills
• Experience in marketplace, procurement, operations, or workflow heavy products
• Experience improving or scaling a design system in a product team

Responsibilities

• Own the end to end product design process across complex desktop first B2B workflows
• Turn product ideas into clear flows, prototypes, and high fidelity designs
• Work closely with product and engineering to identify high impact UX opportunities
• Help evolve and structure the design system for scale and AI readiness
• Design for speed, clarity, and feasibility in a fast moving team
• Contribute strong UX thinking across edge cases and detailed interaction behavior
• Write clear UI copy that helps users move through the product with confidence
• Collaborate with the existing designer to keep the experience cohesive across the platform
