To support this, we’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and drive the strategy and growth of our core logbook product. In this role, you will shape how the product delivers value to customers, simplifies compliance, and drives business outcomes. You will work closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams, and partner with peers across the platform to ensure our products evolve together consistently and deliver measurable impact for our customers and the business.

REQUIREMENTS

YOUR PROFILE

  • 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a proven track record of growing into a strategic product leader.
  • You've built and shaped products end-to-end, with experience in discovery, strategy, and delivery — defining business value and ensuring measurable outcomes.
  • You are customer-obsessed — skilled at engaging directly with users, uncovering pain points, and turning insights into intuitive, high-impact product experiences.
  • You are strongly data-driven — confident working with data sources, defining success metrics, partnering with analytics teams, and using quantitative insights to guide decisions and align teams.
  • You can operate in both worlds: combining strategic product leadership with a practical, hands-on approach to discovery and delivery.
  • You thrive in a cross-functional environment, working closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams — communicating with clarity and driving impact through alignment.
  • Business fluent in German and English (C1+); experience in B2B SaaS required.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • First 6 Months:
    • Align teams on the product strategy and begin delivering against it, ensuring data and compliance drive customer and business value.
    • Launch initiatives that improve adoption and monetization of the product.
    • Establish cross-functional alignment with Sales, Marketing, and CS on positioning and messaging.
  • Long-Term:
    • Establish the product as a growth driver through adoption, monetization, and customer satisfaction.
    • Shape how the company's products grow together as a unified portfolio.
    • Contribute to cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with the platform team.

  • Own the Strategy: Take ownership of the Fahrtenbuch strategy, refining and driving it forward to create customer and business value through data, compliance workflows, and customer-focused improvements.
  • Lead Discovery with a Customer-Centric Approach: Partner closely with customers and stakeholders to uncover needs, validate hypotheses, and translate insights into concepts and clear problem statements that guide solution development.
  • Drive Roadmap and Prioritization: Translate business objectives into clear initiatives and OKRs, balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and commercial impact.
  • Define and Measure Product Success: Establish success metrics, ensure proper instrumentation, analyze product performance, and communicate insights and results transparently to guide decisions and improve outcomes.
  • Influence and Align Stakeholders: Build strong partnerships with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Customer Support to align product direction, enable effective go-to-market, and turn vision into results.
