We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead feature-level design work from concept to launch by our client, a top Digital Product Design Studio with offices in Berlin and Cologne.

You'll translate product strategy into interfaces, flows, and systems that are intuitive, scalable, and refined — while collaborating deeply with product managers, engineers, and researchers to bring ideas to life.

What You'll Do

Design end-to-end experiences

Create wireframes, mockups, and polished UIs that bring product strategies to life.

Prototype and test

Build and iterate on prototypes to validate ideas and improve usability through testing.

Evolve design systems

Apply and expand existing components and patterns to keep work consistent, efficient, and scalable.

Collaborate cross-functionally

Partner with product, strategy, and engineering teams to align decisions early and often.

Communicate with clarity

Present and explain design decisions internally and to clients, ensuring alignment and understanding.

• 4 years of experience designing digital products, ideally across multiple platforms
• Strong interaction and visual design skills, with the ability to craft both flows and polished interfaces
• Experience creating and iterating on prototypes, and using testing to guide design improvements
• Familiarity with design systems and component-based thinking
• Skilled in modern design tools like Figma, with a focus on accessibility and responsiveness
• Clear communicator who can explain the "why" behind design decisions
