Your profile

• 5–10 years of experience in product design, with a strong focus on B2B SaaS products
• Deep expertise in user-centred B2B design principles — translating complex requirements into simple, elegant experiences
• Proven ability to lead both design discovery and design delivery end-to-end
• Strong command of qualitative and quantitative user research and data analysis
• Experience building or significantly improving design practices and processes from scratch
• Fluent in French and English (C1 level or above)
• Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to have

• Experience with connected mobility or fleet management software
• Familiarity with product-led growth (PLG) strategies
• Experience in a PE-backed scale-up environment
• Knowledge of design systems and their implementation

This Senior Product Designer role focuses on French market products — owning end-to-end design, raising design maturity within the local product teams, and driving a shift from a sales-driven to a product-led approach.

• Own the complete design lifecycle from problem framing through to delivery of elegant, scalable solutions
• Conduct user research, interviews, and data analysis to uncover pain points and validate concepts for B2B customers
• Establish and introduce design processes, tools, and workflows to elevate design maturity within the product team
• Foster a product-led design culture, guiding the transition from sales-driven to user-centric product development
• Ensure alignment of local product design standards with the company’s overarching design principles
• Design intuitive interfaces and workflows that empower businesses to make data-driven decisions
• Build internal relationships to champion user-centric changes, escalating to executive leadership when necessary
